
Edward Ding currently serves as a Board Member (2024-27) on the student board of the STEM for Humanity Coalition.
Currently a middle school student in California, Edward has developed a keen interest in healthcare management, a field that blends his passions for both biotechnology and business. From an early age, he has participated in robotics assembly and design training, and studied Chinese traditional operas for six years. He volunteered at psychiatric hospitals and nursing homes, where he performed traditional operas to bring joy to senior citizens. He contributed to establishing libraries for rural middle schools in China by transporting and organizing books to improve access to educational resources. In his free time, he enjoys singing and performing, earning first place in a regional solo singing competition in China. He enjoys a wide range of sports, including soccer, basketball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, and ice skating.
