Essay Prompts:
Students can choose one of the following two essay prompts:
# 1: How can advances in STEM be used to address global disparities in education, healthcare, or access to technology? Choose one area and discuss how STEM can bridge these gaps.
# 2: STEM holds great promise for shaping the future. Reflect on one specific STEM field and discuss how it could shape the future of humanity for the better.
Essay Requirements:
- 250 to 300 words; original and unpublished; NO plagiarism.
- Essays will be judged based on relevance to theme, originality, clarity, structure, evidence, and writing style.
