
Neil Marquez served as Co-Vice President (2024-25) on the student board of the STEM for Humanity Coalition.
Neil is currently a freshman studying aerospace engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Massachusetts, USA.
With a deep passion for rocketry and the intersection of engineering and design, Neil has co-led his team to national success, earning multiple trophies and awards in The American Rocketry Challenge (TARC) and NASA Student Launch Program for consecutive years. Neil is a National Merit Commended Scholar (2024-25) and a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Gold Award (2023-24). Outside of academics and rocketry, Neil enjoys teaching younger students both rocketry and kung fu, while also finding time for music and swimming.
